Scope of work: Project management, software design, installation, implementation and interfaces developing to the central information system

Project Description: Chemagis develops, manufactures, and markets hard-to-develop generic products, sophisticated active pharmaceutical ingredients, especially those that are difficult to synthesize, and specialized pharmaceuticals.

The company has numerous locations throughout Israel and the United States. The company requires a methodical and organized maintenance system as necessitated by FDA requirements and according to the FDA's 21 CFR 11 regulation – electronic records, electronic signatures rule.

The company manages the entire maintenance process of the production equipment, tracking and registration of changes in the production equipment as required by the FDA regulations.

The system interfaces with the company's logistical-finance system, BPCS, which enables access to the data about replacement and stored parts, issuing regulations and investment in parts that were issued in the company's warehouses and automatically transferred to the Maximo system in order to preserve and accumulate the processes and costs that were invested in maintaining production equipment parts.

Furthermore, the Maximo system also manages the equipment testing process and company laboratories with follow up of periodical calibration of the laboratory equipment.

Type of Work: Pharmaceutical batch production plant control system design, installation, implementation and validation according to S-88 and GAMP standards. 
 

Scope of work: Project management, DCS, PLC and Batch software implementation, commissioning, validation, technical support.

Project Description: Control System Detailed Functional Design, installation, implementation, validation and commissioning of a multipurpose batch unit based on Emerson DV, PLC’s and batch engine. Implementation of plant information system (Osisoft PI).
