Project Description:  Whole refinery control systems revamp starting with a master plan going on with a $ 13M Turn Key project. The Project included design and supervision of a new central control building, integrating all the old control rooms into the control new center. The new control systems installed and implemented are Emerson Delta-V DCS and Rockwell PLC’s. The project included online analyzer design supply and installation.

Scope of work: Plant Information System Supply and Implementation, Data Reconciliation System Supply & Development.

Project Description:  Supply, application design, installation, implementation and commissioning of plantwide information system based on PI software package. The project included integration of the information system with the main DCS system as well as with several refinery local, dedicated control systems of different vendors.
Supply, design and refinery model development, implementation, installation & commissioning of whole refinery data reconciliation based on Sigmafine package. Ongoing technical support since project acceptance.
